actually, i don't think chloe will really die in Smallville. They might honestly go pre-crisis on us and kill Jonathan Kent. He was dead pre-crisis by the time Clark became Superman. In regards to Lionel....I believe Jar-El has actually remained in his body after Clark came back to life. Just a thought about Smallville. Also, it kinda bugs me that the person hasn't died. If the death was really because Clark would come back to life it shoulda happened by now....but oh well...enough about Smallville...lol

I concur, I think it will be Jonathan... especially after watching Superman the Movie this weekend. Jonathan's death was very moving... and it was his heart, which they've been building up to over the last couple of seasons... OK... now enough about Smallville.

Ok back and loving this arc. Slade and the apprentice angle was awesome in Teen Titans' cartoon and I love that you've brought it here. Do I see Shrike coming? ;D
One thing I do have a problem with is how well Arsenal and Bats worked together. This is their first time meeting and Arsenal was sent to gather intel on him afterall... Bat's just lets him into the Batmobile, Arsenal takes Bat's orders without question... just a little nitpick I guess.
Chloe (Smallville) Sullivan is director of the DEA? Nice touch.

well.....I don't really know about Roy following orders so much, as that he figured Deathstroke needed to be stopped. Deathstroke woulda been Roy's top priority here, seeing as how he shares a history with Slade, as does the DEO, itself. Plus, being a professional, he wouldn't stand around arguing, saying, "No, I'll take Croc, you go after Slade." Plus, if Roy would rather take down Deathstroke, since things are a bit personal there.
Oh, and regarding Chloe, I owe the credit of how I use her to Scott (LanternLad) and you'll see more of her a bit later

I reread the way you settled the Batman/Croc battle, but OMG it struck me as a blatant rip off of the new THE BATMAN tv episode featuring such characters. No offense, but come on... If you're gonna steal ideas, not off THERE!

the idea wasn't stolen....lol I've only seen one episode of the new Batman cartoon...and that was the Bane episode (which I think was actually the first episode). I don't like that cartoon. If I'm inspired by certain things I'll give them credit (like the scene with Dick and Bruce was something I did kinda take from the old animated series)

I will concur it. It did appear as a rip-off a little to me also. I mean it was still good and all, but my motto is " Do your own work and be happy".

Your most recent issue was pretty good. I like how your setting things up for batmans meeting with the joker.
Though I dont too much like what you are doing with Tim Drake. He's being introduced too soon if you ask me...But I am still curious to see where you are going with it.

well....he's not becoming Robin anytime soon...lol I decided to introduce Tim this early because he was kinda retconned into Dick's origin and he could be a friend to Dick. Plus, the Drakes were suppose to be neighbors to Bruce for a while. I'm keeping Tim young enough so he won't be a teen for a long time.....but a lil old enough to be a friend to Dick
