SPOILERS!!!
And was it terrible (in a really cool way) or what? Loved the two page splash of villains. And man, Sinestro was AWESOME!
Ugh, Phantom Lady! That was not a good thing that happened to her... assets.
Uncle Sam??? The Human Bomb??? Black Condor???
Powerful stuff! Now if they'd just kill off a 1st tier character or two...

i just now finished it....i haven't had a chance since having it three days ago....that's how busy i was...lol well, great issue, really....but question, does anyone else kinda see a...parallel between Superboy in this crisis and Kid Flash in the other crisis? In the other crisis, Wally wasn't shown until near the end, true, BUT it was because he was retired (mostly) and aren't they kinda treating Superboy like he's retired? or at least afraid to go into action like Wally was in the original crisis? Now, I know its kinda absurd to say Superman dies (like Barry did) leaving Conner to take his place (like Wally took Barry's place) but to me, it kinda seems like this might be something being hinted at. Whether its true or just a red hearing, who knows...? It might actually get me to read the Superman titles more often though...lol

That's a good point. Superboy is kinda getting hyped up to be the new Superman. There's definitely the parallel between the two Crises. Also note the Earth-Prime Superboy's interest in Conner. Sure, it's Superboy watching Superboy, but at the same time it's Superman watching Superboy. Earth-Prime Superboy was just basically the Superman in our regular universe now in terms of experience because he was with the Legion of Super-Heroes... which is something they just had Connor do. Connor's got these months of practice and experience fighting the Fearsome Five Hundred that none of us truly knows about. Could he just be nervous to show it because of Luthor's ability to control him.

actually, from what I learned of Superboy from Earth Prime....he isn't the same as "our" pre-Crisis Superboy. He's named Clark Kent and has the same powers....but he is a human Clark who somehow got these powers. His parents aren't even Jonathan and Martha, and on his Earth he was the ONLY hero...so technically, they are vastly different...but anyways....
there's another parrellel someone brought up on the DC boards. WW. Right before IC, Wonder Woman kills a villain (Max Lord) and Before COIE Barry killed a villain (Zoom). I know, both my parellels are very loose, but I think they both could possibly been put there on person to make us think this?

You could be right. The public is definitly against Diana right now, maybe they would accept a new WW.

Not saying i would be glad if she was gone, I really think the big three should never change. They should always be Clark,Bruce and Diana. Though I like Donna,it just wouldnt feel right.

maybe she is taking both roles. Harbringer for short-term, wonder woman long term Donna Troy WAS Harbringer in a different multiverse. She was also DARK ANGEL...
