Thanks for the kind words guys, I really appreciate it.
And yes I will be posting more real soon. I just moved and am still unpacking so I haven't had the chance to work on my characters, but there will definitley be more to the Darth Lantern.
Coming soon:
Master-Guardian Yoda, of the heroic Knights of the Lantern Order.
Emperor Darkseid, the evil weilder of the Darkside Anti-life force.
Darth Sinestro, an Amalgam of Darth Maul/Sinestro with dual rings!
The Clonehunters, an amalgam of clone troopers/manhunters.

Definately sounds cool. You've really got this whole Jedi/Green Lantern amalgam thing worked out. I just thought you put together one cool pic but you've got a whole backstory! Can't wait to see the pics.

Hey Question, I was wondering who I could amalgamate Kenobi with...I was originally going to try either Killawog (did i speel it right?) or Alan Scott, but Abin is more reasonable for the role. Thanks. If you guys want to check out some of my other stuff while I work on these, just click here: www.artwanted.com/artist.cfm?ArtID=14759&SubGal=&Page=0

If you don't mind me asking, what filter effect are you using for the green energy burst behind him?

If you don't mind me asking, what filter effect are you using for the green energy burst behind him?
For the glow around Yoda, I created a seperated layer with a sillouette outline of Yoda behing the flats (colored layer), then I used the "outer glow" effect to give him that etheral glow look.
I then created another seperate layer behind the outline and dabbed some dots of white to look like semi-stars in the background and used the filter BLUR-->RADIAL BLUR-->BLUR METHOD: ZOOM.
Hope that helped explain it. If you need any help or tips and whatnot, just hit me up!
